What to include
A notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the allegedly infringing material and its location, provide contact information, include a good-faith statement, include a statement of accuracy and authority, and provide an electronic or physical signature as required by applicable law.
Where to send a notice
Use the Contact Us page and clearly identify the request as a copyright or DMCA notice. LeadXHub may request additional information necessary to evaluate the report.
Counter-notices
Where applicable, a person whose material was removed may provide a legally sufficient counter-notice. Parties should obtain qualified legal advice regarding DMCA rights and obligations.
